Help us understand the issue
Where possible, include your account email, tool name, time of the issue and task or order reference. Explain what you expected and what happened, with redacted screenshots if necessary. Avoid repeatedly submitting generation tasks or payments to troubleshoot an existing issue.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, API keys, full card details or unnecessary private information. For content reports, provide links, references and a written explanation. Do not download, copy or email suspected child sexual abuse material, explicit evidence or sensitive personal data.
